10-Day Return Policy

At Menzerna India, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 10 days from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels intact.
• A valid invoice / order confirmation must be provided.

Note: Opened, used, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been opened or used.
• Items purchased under discounts, clearance, or special offers.
• Free samples or complimentary items.
• Products damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or storage after delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share clear photos/videos of the product and outer packaging for verification.

Return Request Process

• Email us at support@menzernaindia.com within 10 days of delivery.
• Include your Order ID, product details, and reason for return.
• Our team will review your request and share return instructions (if approved).
• After we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Refunds

• If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/incorrect item confirmed by our team).

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
• If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return request (as per this policy).
